The Loire region is known for its beautiful castles and delicious wines. One of its best known and most reputed appellations is 'Pouilly-Fume'. This 'Les Moulins a Vent' is a well-structured wine with a nice portion of fruit and a certain minerality, very pleasant! You can drink it from the first or second year with all kinds of fish, crustaceans and shellfish and even with lamb, veal, pork or poultry. Do not store longer than four to five years and serve at about 10 degrees. A very nice white Loire, a must!Vase excl.
